In These Challenging Time
In these challenging times our faith continues to be the anchor for us individually and as a church community. While we aren’t gathering in person our church remains active:
• Our services will continue to be streamed live on Facebook weekly.
• Our pastoral care continues through phone calls and card.
• Our outreach continues through donations to the Downtown Mission, providing meals through the DTM and Ronald McDonald House through the UC Ministry and Services Fund
• We will be offering virtual supports for bible study, book club
• Youth support continues through activity and lesson kits for families
ADVENT services this year starts Nov 29th

Different Social Distancing Farewell for Reverend
Lyttle-Forbes by Emmanuel Congregation June 21st
Sunday, June 21st will be Rev. Sadekie’s last service and she and her family will leave the city shortly thereafter.. In order to say goodbye in person a WALK BY at the church is planned for June 21st between 1:30 and 3:00. In order to be as safe as possible for everyone this is the plan. For those who drive to the church on that day, we ask that you drive up the alley from the north end of the block, coming in off of Seneca. Drive all the way down the alley to the parking lot. There will be someone in the lot to show you where to park and tell you when to leave your car so no one has to stand on the sidewalk for too long. Then you will walk along the public sidewalk towards the church – keeping at least 6 feet apart from whoever is in front or behind you.
